We want you to be completely satisfied with your Savourily purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Savourily LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
To start a return, email us at hello@savourily.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@savourily.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.
